The second redesign of the NLU web site in as many years, this version of the web site offered not only a new look, but also expanded on the customer service areas of the web site. New functionality included a Web Site Gloassary - providing definitions and explanations of NLU-specific jargon and acronyms, a Web Site Help area - which provided browser and internet connection recommendations. The most significant upgrade to the web site was made when a new navigation model was implemented. The previous version of the web site utilized a topical navigation model, which was replaced with a audience-based navigation model, allowing users one-click access to their most desired content. |
