This web site was designed to replace a static information-based web site detailing technology support at National-Louis University. Included in the new design is a completely new navigation model based on frequently asked questions. From the homepage, users will select a technology topic which expands into answers to commonly asked questions, how-to documents as well as training opportunities. This web site is based entirely on an enterprise content management suite and is integrated with several status indicator web sites, web2.0 technologies (such as blogs, wikis, etc) and much more. |
